- Duration: Each consultation lasts 60 minutes, except for the 30 minutes assessment for partner visas, citizenship applications and tribunal appeals, only.
- Fee Credit: The consultation fee can be credited towards any service engaged with Migrandes.
- Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the consultation are subject to a $30 rescheduling fee.
- No-Show Policy: If the client does not attend the consultation, only 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- Consultation Summary: A summary of the discussion will be provided within 48 hours after the consultation.
- Meeting Link: A Google Meet link will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
- Follow up consultation: A 30-minute follow-up consultation is available within 30 days of the initial consultation at a 50% discounted rate.
