1. Work and Holiday Visa (Subclass 462)
This visa is available to individuals aged 18–30 years from certain eligible
countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Spain, Uruguay,
USA, and others. Applicants must meet specific requirements, such as
possessing tertiary qualifications (which may vary depending on nationality),
demonstrating Functional English proficiency, and showing evidence of at
least AUD 5,000 in funds. Additionally, applicants from countries like Peru and
Ecuador must provide a letter of support issued by the relevant government
authority.
The Work and Holiday Visa can be granted up to three times, allowing the
applicant to stay in Australia for up to three years, provided they meet specific
eligibility criteria for each subsequent application.
